Classic on Noble

A popular fine dining venue for politicians and performers (and with a dinner and brunch menu to die for) Classic on Noble is a great restaurant with delicious food. Formerly a saloon in the 19th century, which was transformed into the well known restaurant that it is today, it is the perfect place for a sophisticated meal. The restaurant is perhaps most well known for its shrimp and grits, a meal that combines different flavors with fresh shrimp, cream, smoked bacon, chopped tomatoes, milk sausage and chardonnay.

Café Dupont

A restaurant that is owned by Chris Dupont, who has been a nominee for the James Beard Award, Café Dupont has a traditional feel with a range of fine dining plates to choose from. With delectable dishes that include scallops and goat’s cheese soufflé, the restaurant’s style can be described as contemporary. The owner has a wide ranging culinary knowledge and worked at the Wynfrey Hotel, before opening Café Dupont in the 1990s. The restaurant has gained four diamond status.

Cotton Row Restaurant

Using local, fresh and seasonal ingredients the dishes at Cotton Row Restaurant are simple, but they epitomize fine dining in every sense. The restaurant was once a Huntsville building and was opened as a restaurant by owner James Boyce. With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Boyce also has experience from restaurants including The Phoenician and Caesars Palace. True Montgomery

A combination of seasonal ingredients from local farmers and a welcoming atmosphere, True Montgomery is a must visit when in Montgomery. The chef, Wesley True, has been nominated twice for the James Beard Award and is constantly experimenting with ingredients and culinary skills to offer varying menus to its guests. Before opening the restaurant, the chef took second in the Great American Seafood Cook-off. From the roasted chicken to seafood, crawfish beignets to the Stone Hollow goat’s cheese, there is a range of dishes to suit every taste at True Montgomery.

The Docks at Goose Pond Colony

A fine dining restaurant with unique lake access for boats, The Docks at Goose Pond Colony is a venue with a relaxed, casual and inviting ambiance, serving up good seafood and high quality cuisine. The restaurant has a bar as well as live entertainment at the weekends. With a signature dish of shrimp and grits and a lighted pier, this is the perfect place to relax while enjoying quality seafood and stunning views.

Bottega

Bottega has earned a great reputation, with its delectable dishes and a casual yet sophisticated ambiance, The owner, Frank Sitt, also runs two other restaurants including the award winning Highlands Bar and Grill and Chez Fonfon. Delectable entrees such as parmesan soufflé can be had here, while its bar is the perfect place to drink a refreshing beverage.

Gianmarco’s

Specializing in north Italian cuisine, Gianmarco’s is a restaurant that serves up high quality meals. This fine dining restaurant uses fresh, seasonal ingredients in its dishes. tThe menu is wide ranging, but the freshly made lasagne is not to miss.
