The owner of Earth Café grows most of the ingredients on his farm just outside of the city, and guests can even arrange to visit this farm and participate in cooking classes. Guests can enjoy something to eat in the intimate atmosphere and colourful setting. With fresh and healthy dishes, this is a paradise not only for vegetarians, but for guests wanting an alternative Moroccan experience.

Although one of the favorite dishes at Chez Chegrouni is chicken tajine with preserved lemon and olives, there are also numerous vegetarian friendly dishes. From vegetable stews, to a seven vegetable couscous, and even simple dishes such as omelette, and of course, chips. This modest restaurant has a simple charm. The service and the décor may not be luxurious, but it is a friendly restaurant that invites guests to have an authentic Moroccan experience with fantastic food on either the roof or the ground floor terrace.
