Armadale, Malvern and Toorak are not typically synonymous with a teeming night life, however, there are a few gems hidden within the suburbs. Whether it’s a few beers after work, cocktails and dancing or a first date bar you’re after, Malvern has a lot more to offer than you might expect.

Remy Bar de Taps y Vino

This little restaurant and bar is a hidden highlight of Glenferrie Road. The bustling atmosphere, inviting décor and live music on weekends will have you wondering if you’ve stepped into a tapas bar in Spain itself. The bar has an extensive selection of wine and staff with an unmatched knowledge of what they’re pouring. Wine tasting evenings and dinner sessions are regular occurrences.
