House of Dynasty is one of the oldest and most highly regarded Chinese restaurants in the north Virginia region. Brabo is a collaborative project between Belgian head chef Robert Wiedmaier and chef de cuisine Harper McClure. The cuisine reflects the backgrounds of the two chefs and merges Belgian and Continental classics with a contemporary edginess using the finest seasonal produce. Originally hailing from Antwerp, Wiedmaier named the restaurant after the Brabo statue in his home city. There is a chef’s table at which diners can sample a tasting menu provided by the head chef and sommelier, and an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.
