Windswept coastal scenery, historic maritime towns and excellent seafood restaurants make the smallest state in the United States well worth a visit. Whether you are in Newport to watch the America’s Cup or are preparing to explore the capital city of Providence, here are the best B&Bs and holiday houses in Rhode Island, bookable on Culture Trip.

Rooms feature private entrances, modern decor, full kitchens and king-size beds, plus washers and dryers. You can even work up a sweat in the on-site fitness center. Bluebird also has a picnic and barbecue area, and offers free parking in a private lot – a big boon in a city where that often comes at a premium.
