Just before serving, the meats are brought out of the smoker and caramelised on the hot grill to lock in the delicious sweetness and give them that char-grilled barbeque touch.
An absolute haven for ale enthusiasts, the Montana Brewing Company is a brewery, saloon and restaurant all in one. The beer menu consists of an array of stouts, pale ales, ambers, wheats and golden ales as well as a small selection of beer cocktails for those looking for something a little sweeter. The restaurant’s menu is an eclectic blend of American, Mexican and Italian cuisines, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from.
Sushi fanatics will not be disappointed at NaRa. Voted best sushi and Japanese restaurant in Billings 12 years in a row by the Billings Gazette, NaRa certainly is the place to go to enjoy the freshest fish and largest, tastiest sushi rolls. Serving a variety of Japanese, Korean, maki and sushi dishes, each plate is presented like a work of art resulting in dishes that seem almost too pretty to eat.
An authentic Irish pub in the heart of Billings, Pug Mahon’s is the place to go for draught Guinness and winter warmer comfort foods. The favorite item on the menu is the family recipe pork chop sandwich. Other tasty delights to try include fish and chips, homemade chilli, shepherds pie and Pug’s parmesan.

A typically American grill restaurant, the burgers at Rendezvous Casino are built fresh to order and the fries are lovingly hand cut. Locals are as likely to stop by here for an ice cold beer or glass of happy hour wine as they are for a ground beef burger, so if you’re after the two together you’re in for a treat.
Guests at Tao New Asian need to arrive with their decision-making hats on as there are over 200 items to choose from on the menu. Serving an abundance of innovative sushi creations, Thai and Chinese dishes it is extremely easy to get lost in the sea of delicious dishes on offer. The friendly and welcoming staff are always happy to assist customers in ordering the right selection of dishes.
The Field House specialises in creating delicious dishes using only sustainably sourced, locally grown and raised ingredients to ensure that each meal served here is completely guilt-free. Open for both lunch and dinner, The Field House makes almost everything from scratch; even the ketchup. The menu is short and sweet but full of incredibly tempting dishes.
