Kona

Kailua-Kona is amazing for big game fishing during the summer months. Huge ahi (tuna), marlin, and the occasional mahimahi (dolphin fish) come within 15 miles to the coast, making for great offshore fishing! Although summer is great for fishing, you always have a shot of landing a grander (1000lb+) fish, year round in Kona.
