The Griffintown neighborhood in southwestern Montreal has been transforming over the past several years, evolving from its origins as an industrial and working-class district into a revitalized area with condos and restored historical buildings. Here are some of the new cafés and coffee shops that have recently opened in Griffintown.

Allo Vélo

Allo Vélo is a hybrid bicycle shop and Italian café that sells European-style bikes, gear, and clothing alongside a variety of cold brews, filtered coffees, teas, and pastries. They are known for their warm and friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Stop by to tune up your bike, browse the cool accessories, and enjoy a dark, rich espresso.
