For more space and privacy than a hotel room, book one of these apartments in Bermuda and live like a local.
A place like Bermuda will make you want to extend your stay long enough to explore the 181 islands and the underwater world of coral reefs, shipwrecks, caves and marine life. But don’t fret, although the destination looks like a laptop screensaver, Bermuda boasts so many affordable apartments with killer views and full kitchens, you might even decide to move in permanently.
On the island’s south shore, studio and one-bedroom Sandpiper Apartments come with fully equipped kitchens for cooking breakfast to enjoy on a private balcony overlooking the gardens. Below, you have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue pit and lounge chairs, or take a short walk to Elbow Beach or Warwick Long Bay.
Close to Elbow Beach in a residential area, Paraquet Guest Apartments lean into island life, offering studio to two-bedroom suites decorated with kitschy coastal decor. Enjoy a taste of home at the property’s restaurant, where the menu centers on comfort foods like cheeseburgers, chocolate milkshakes and fries. Stroll around the nearby Paget Marsh Nature Reserve for a glimpse of how Bermuda would have looked when the first settlers arrived in the 1600s.
At the Greenbank Guest House & Cottages, expect a view of the Great Sound, a large ocean inlet, from any of the five rooms on the property, each complete with king beds, high tray ceilings, fully equipped kitchenettes and porches. Catch the Salt Kettle ferry to Hamilton in order to experience the capital city’s quaint restaurants and shops.
The secluded Lemon and Ginger Vacation Rental property is managed by Bermuda natives Jenita and her husband George. The apartments in the Pembroke Parisha neighborhood called Spanish Point stand out with thoughtful touches including towels and chairs to take to the beach, and a kitchen stocked with herbs and spices, oatmeal, coffee and tea.
Built right into a cliff on the south shore beaches, Azura Bermuda boasts both luxury hotel rooms and residential units for guests who want to make their visit more permanent. Owners and visitors alike can access the beach and fitness center. Floor-to-ceiling windows in lofts and villas, as well as a rooftop infinity-edge pool, make views of the Atlantic impossible to miss.
Stay for a week, a month or longer at the Rosemont Guest Suites, set on a hill with a swimming pool and terrace that overlook Hamilton Harbor and the Great Sound. With 47 accommodations equipped with kitchens, it’s easy to prepare lunch and dinner, while every morning starts with a complimentary continental breakfast.
With an exterior painted the same color as the pink sandy beaches just a short walk away, Clairfont Apartments provide six one-bedroom accommodations and two studio units with full kitchens. Amenities include a small pool area and barbecue pits, but the property’s close proximity to Warwick Long Bay is the real reason to stay here.
On a transformed 1840s British naval terrace, Prince Alfred Terrace Apartments offer spacious, coastal-chic accommodations, decorated with artworks by Bermuda’s Jonah Jones and Christopher Marson. The property is built in a private enclave on the west end of the island, making it feel secluded. But, Dockyard, a popular destination for shopping, dining and museums and galleries, is right within walking distance.

Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel - and the direction Culture Trip is moving in.
Culture Trip launched in 2011 with a simple yet passionate mission: to inspire people to go beyond their boundaries and experience what makes a place, its people and its culture special and meaningful — and this is still in our DNA today. We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.
Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way. That is why we have intensively curated a collection of premium small-group trips as an invitation to meet and connect with new, like-minded people for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in three categories: Culture Trips, Rail Trips and Private Trips. Our Trips are suitable for both solo travelers, couples and friends who want to explore the world together.
Culture Trips are deeply immersive 5 to 16 days itineraries, that combine authentic local experiences, exciting activities and 4-5* accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.
We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet. That is why all of our trips are flightless in destination, fully carbon offset - and we have ambitious plans to be net zero in the very near future.
