Valencia has no shortage of stylish men’s clothing stores, with everything from street style to designer labels. You’ll find all the typical European high street brands on the Carrer de Colon, but if you’re looking for something unique or a little luxurious, there are all kinds of smaller shops and boutiques around town. Here’s our pick of the best places to check out.

Effrontee

Store

This store tries to make shopping for stylish menswear easy and convenient, with different sections for casual fashion, denim, designer collections and street style, so you can quickly find the style you’re looking for. You’ll find brands such as Hugo Boss, Kenzo Homme, Armani Jeans and Hydrogen, with accessories to match.

A quirky little shop that sells exactly what you would expect: ties in every style imaginable. In fact they make more than 1,500,000 ties every year, by hand, all with a natural silk finish. They’re happy to help you choose the type of tie you need for any occasion, from weddings to corporate events.

This is luxury shopping, Spanish style. Everything is seriously high quality in this beautifully appointed little boutique, where you’ll find shirts, pants, jackets and footwear with an informal touch and plenty of flair.

Protocolo

The Valencia branch of this small but stylish family-owned chain of formalwear shops is the place to go if you need to get suited up for a special occasion. The family has been in the textile business since 1908 and the Protocolo brand was founded in Zaragoza in 1991, and now has shops throughout Spain.

Massimo Dutti

Shop, Store

Despite the Italian-sounding name, this is very much a Spanish brand. Valencia has its own branch of this popular menswear and womenswear shop, known for its sleek and luxurious style and its unique range of travel attire. The store also offers personal tailoring.

Solo Hombre

Just walking through the door of this swish boutique makes you feel a little more stylish. The collections scream elegance and are a cut above most menswear shops in Valencia. From the outside it looks pricey and, well, posh. Once inside you discover that staff are extremely helpful and prices, while not cheap, vary. It’s the perfect place to pick up a gift.
