A special bus and lift then take you up to the Kehlsteinhaus at an altitude of 1,834m, where you will be rewarded with spectacular views.Our guide will give a comprehensive summary of the historical events and answer any questions. Afterwards, we will have a short stop in the town of Berchtesgaden.The return journey via the German alpine road shows you the impressive valleys of Bavaria.In the event of bad weather conditions (snow, ice, fog) which make a trip up to the Kehlsteinhaus impossible, we offer the visit of the Berchtesgaden salt mines as an alternative.

Join me at my home in Oberaudorf for a Bavarian family-style dinner and learn how to make Schnitzel, potato salad ‘Boarisch’ style & schmarn! I put the Schnitzel hammer LITERALLY into your hands and share with you my grandmother’s recipes straight from the farmstead!Sip some of our favorite Bavarian beers during the cooking course and enjoy a local schnapps to top off the meal. You join me each step of the way. We pick you up from the train station in Oberaudorf and then it’s straight into my kitchen with all the fixin’s and most importantly the schnitzel hammer!After cooking and enjoying our meal together, we say Servus and get you back to the station in time for your train, but not before you get your own Adventure Bavaria recipes to take back with you so you can make Schnitzel at home for all your family and friends.
