Supper Clubs are quite popular in Berlin and around the world – Hey, humans love to eat. This special event employs Ash Lee, the beloved culinary mastermind of the Chi Fan supper club as a guest chef. Lee will be serving up some enchanting delicacies like ‘Husband and wife’ beef tongue/pig’s ears , dressed chrysanthemum greens, Hunanese cod heads, chili chutney and many others in this 10 course meal. The Store Kitchen is an apt background to host such a toothsome and creative spread. Some of the dishes are Sichuan and Hunan inspired, which means they’ll be packing heat. 5 cold dishes and 5 hot dishes will make eaters’ hearts swoon. Reisling, craft beer, and Chinese tea will serve to wash down all the treats at this banquet style shindig. Tickets are 40 euros and should be purchased in advance.
