Dasa, the owner of this place, has outdone himself in the fancy decor department and manages to keep the spirits up till late into the night with his music selections as DJ. Prosecco is always crowded with gay and straight guests of all ages, who love to dance, hang out and have fun. A wide range of drinks is offered at reasonable prices.

Bau

Located in the heart of gay Munich, Bau is a two floor bar and one of the most famous gay venues of the city. It mainly attracts a young and masculine crowd with a love for leather and denim. Occasional DJ set nights are organized.

Open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Kraftwerk is a meeting point for Munich‘s gay community. The menu here includes delicious burgers, schnitzels, fresh salads and tasty pastas, as well as coffee and beers. The atmosphere is comfortable and chatty, both inside and the outside. Brunch is offered every Sunday.

Ochsengarten

Ochsengarten was established in 1967 and is Munich’s first bar for jeans, leather, uniform and rubber. It is a gay men only bar, which is located in a small saloon space and loves the music of the ’80s. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Feuerwache

The ‘Fire station‘ is a cozy gay bar that was established in the ’80s. The decoration has remained the same over the years, and creates a pleasant retro atmosphere. Located in the heart of Munich’s gay scene, it attracts locals and tourists who drink cheap drinks, talk to each other and have fun.
