TCT: How did you decide to start Bite Berlin?
Food is my great passion in life. Everything about it, the historical context, the art of cooking and of course the eating! I have always found food tours the perfect way to discover new cities, and so I decided to create my own in the city I live in- Berlin!

TCT: What about Bite Berlin sets it apart from other tours in Berlin (apparent from the food element, obviously!)?
I think the fact I only take small groups makes a big difference, it creates the feel of hanging out with friends, you’re able to enjoy the complete restaurant experience as you are not overcrowded. And learning about a city’s culture and history through eating is just pretty special!

Our food tour had a surprise guest! Totally cute!

TCT: What’s the next step for Bite Berlin?
I’m working on tours for different neighborhoods, as each offers something unique to the Berlin food scene, and also my supperclubs. So watch this space!

TCT: What advice would you give your younger self?
Just do it. Don’t doubt yourself, just go with your instincts. If you make mistakes, that’s fine, that’s life! Learn from them and move on.

TCT: What are your favourite food spots in Berlin?
Tough call! There are so many. Txokoa in Neukölln is definitely up there- beautiful Basque food. Arabic cuisine is one of my favorites so Azzam, Babel to name a few, and Vietnamese- District MOT is fantastic. These are some of my old faithfuls!
