Where To Shop For Men’s Wear In Bangkok
Bangkok’s fashion scene has something for everyone. Create a more dimensional look with the many accessory options in Bangkok. Splurge on some of the top designers. Find durable, second-hand clothing at affordable prices. No matter what it is you’re looking for, Bangkok’s fashion scene is eager to please. So, here are the top six places to shop for men’s wear in the city.
Terminal 21
Terminal 21 has all your shopping needs, including men’s wear. For the best men’s clothing stores in Terminal 21, head for level two, or London. Here you’ll find Walk Play, with cool patterned t-shirts and slick shoes. Also see the organic t-shirt store next door called Nukleus, selling eco-friendly, fashionable clothes. Terminal 21 is conveniently located right off the BTS Skytrain stop Asok.
D.C.U.R.
Market, Market, Shop, Shopping Mall
Much like JJ Green Night Market, the Rod Fai Train Market is a great place to shop for clothing, especially if you’re on a tight budget. There are entire rows at this market dedicated to second-hand shopping, with piles upon piles of clothes thrown into boxes and grocery carts for shoppers to sort through. One of our favorite shops at Rod Fai Train Market is D.C.U.R. It has very cool denim options with interesting patterns on almost all of its clothing, all of which are incredibly affordable. We were also a fan of all the button-up shirts. To get to the Rod Fai Train Market, take the BTS Skytrain to On Nut. After that you’ll need to take a taxi. Tell the driver to go to Seacon Square Shopping Mall or Talad Rod Fai, and they’ll know where it is you’re headed.
Gin & Milk
Store
Liquor and milk don’t usually make for a good combination. That was until the store Gin & Milk opened in Siam Center. Gin & Milk has a wide selection of designer brands for men wanting to look their best. It also has brands straight out of Bangkok, including Vanorn Bangkok. Its slogan states, “Take your pleasure seriously fresh, gin & milk is ready to serve.” To get here, take the BTS Skytrain to Siam, and you’ll see Siam Discovery on the same side you exit the train.
JJ Green Night Market
Market, Market, Shop
You won’t find designer clothing at JJ Green Night Market. Well, you may see some, but more than likely, it is a cheap counterfeit version. There are, however, plenty of men’s clothing options found sporadically throughout this market. What this market lacks in brands and labels, it makes up for in prices. You can find many second-hand clothing shops here, with a great assortment of clothing. Take the BTS Skytrain to Mochit. From here, take exit one. The market is adjacent to Chatuchak Weekend Market.
Top Man
Shop, Store
Located inside Central World in downtown Bangkok is Top Man. This clothing store caters to men and men alone, making it a great, one-stop store for all your shopping needs. You can find many types of clothing here. This includes blazers, joggers, loungewear, swimwear and more. It also sells an overabundance of accessories, including hats, watches, and even pocket squares. Top Man is currently having its summer sale, with some items up to 50 percent off. To get there, take the BTS Skytrain to Chit Lom. There are signs on the platform that will direct you where to go.
Central World
Shop
Central World is packed with clothing stores with a wide selection of apparel to choose from. On level one of this mall, you can find stores like Kenneth Cole, Nautica, and more. The mall consists of eight different floors, almost all of which have stores catered to both men and women’s clothing. By Kelly Iverson
