Om Ganesha Yoga provides a variety of yoga styles and offers both public and private classes. The studio is inviting and spacious, perfect for those who prefer to have a little extra room.

Wild Rose

This is one of the oldest and most established yoga studies in Chiang Mai. Wild Rose offers classes in a range of yoga styles with Yin yoga being among the most popular. Although the regular class participants tend to be very experienced, the classes are open and adaptable for beginner yogis too.

Freedom Yoga and Cafe

Freedom Yoga offers everything from traditional Hatha yoga, to Yin yoga as well as Pilates, meditation and workshops on understanding yoga practices. Yoga Mind Yoga Body

Yoga Mind Yoga Body is Gernot Huber’s studio, one of Chiang Mai’s best known foreign teachers. In his studio, he offers private classes but also teaches regular classes at Wild Rose and the Yoga Tree. Gernot is a great teacher especially if you are interested to learn more about anatomy and alignment.

Private classes are 1800 baht per hour, 200 baht for each additional student.

Yoga at the Four Seasons

For something a little different head to the tranquil and luxurious Four Seasons Resort in Mae Rim. The resort’s “Yoga Barn” offers daily public and private classes led by the talented resident yogi Dheeraj Singh Patwal.

Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai (Nimman branch)

If you are a hardcore yogi that likes to be pushed and get a good work out then Yoga Ananda Nimman branch is the perfect place for you. The teachers here are excellent and all led under the master guidance of Nok the founder of Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai. Turn up early to pick a good spot as classes tend to be crowded and hot. Yoga Ananda offers teacher training certification workshops two to three times per year.

Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai (Jing Jai Market branch)

Although a sub-branch of the flagship Nimman branch Yoga Ananda Jing Jai Market offers a different yoga experience. The room itself is larger and more spacious and classes tend to be less busy. The regulars that attend classes here also tend to be a little more relaxed in their approach.
