Tarkarli beach, located in Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra, is one of the most beautiful diving locations in India and a great place to go and encounter amazing marine creatures. Dolphins, sharks and many colorful tropical plants and fishes inhabit the rich clear waters which is why the place attracts many snorkelers from different parts of India. Snorkeling season in Tarkarli starts from October to March and all water sports activities start from around nine in the morning and continue till four o’clock in the evening.
