When you arrive in Seychelles, you’ll very quickly notice an absence of chains of any sort — there’s not even Starbucks! Whether you see that as a good or a bad thing still leaves the question unanswered, where will you get a good cup of tea or coffee? Although there are very few dedicated cafés, there are still good places to get a good tea or coffee with a slice of cake. Check out Seychelles’ best cafés by the beach.

Chatterbox Cafe is situated in the beautiful Eden Island Marina. While you won’t exactly have ‘beach views’ looking out over the stunning marina is a pretty close second. There is a typical coffee shop feel to Chatterbox, something that is unusual in Seychelles. You can find comfortable seating areas for business meetings or for catching up with friends and family. The décor is bright and fresh; there’s definitely a great atmosphere here.

4. Whole Foods Market And Cafe

Whole Foods Market and Cafe has really filled the need for a good coffee shop on Praslin. This is a family-run business and you can see how much they care about it. The interior is immaculate and decorated with care and the service is great too. They have an amazing bakery section as well as a great selection of smoothies and fresh juices. The market section of the store stocks a great supply of local fresh fruit and vegetables and a range of imported goods including some fantastic wine.
