Casablanca is the largest city in the Kingdom of Morocco. Although that does mean you can find some of the most expensive restaurants here, you can also find some of the cheapest places to eat – and that means a full meal for as little as GBP£3!

1. Shawarma Cham

This restaurant has the most delicious Lebanese dishes for the most amazing prices. Located in the neighbourhood of Bourgogne, Shawarma Cham offers shawarmas, falafels, hummus and much more. Here, you can savour a delicious shawarma for £1.6 and you can even add a few falafels that are just £0.40 each, to make sure you won’t go hungry.

2. Pizza Lahbib

At this fast food joint you can find some of the cheapest and most delicious foods, such as pizza, pasta, salads and paninis. You can enjoy a decent-sized pizza or a salad for £2, or a panini for as little as £0.90. The most expensive meals are pasta, that range between £4 and £5. If you’re on a tight budget, this is definitely the place to go!

3. Salsa Mexican Grill

Salsa Mexican Grill serves some of the most delicious Mexican and Tex-Mex foods, like burritos, nachos, tacos and much more. A chicken burrito will cost you £3, a cheese quesadillas and cheese nachos are both £2.50, and chicken tacos are just £3. Of course, anything you order is accompanied by Mexican crisps and salsa. This is a popular spot among locals as it’s so tasty and affordable.
