Recently remodelled by chef Francisco Mandiola, the place has had a little spruce up. The elegant space is now lighter and overlooks a small garden and has more space for diners. With 100 percent Chilean ingredients, the tempting menu includes picorocos (giant barnacles), cow’s tongue, seasonal mushrooms, as well as fresh meat and fish. The tasting menu has nine courses and can be complemented with a wine pairing.

Combining the freshest regional produce with a perfected European technique, Spanish chef Sergio Barroso showcases his skills and provides a menu with a sublime variety of seafood, such as sea urchin, picoroco (giant barnacles), and locos (large sea snails). As you enter what looks like a nightclub door, you will then be seated in a bright and airy room decadent with foliage, and handed a divine menu to choose from, which is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free-friendly.
