Córdoba is not visited as much as Argentina’s capital, Buenos Aires, is, but that isn’t to say the city doesn’t offer lots to do. For those who come to visit this beautiful city, no tourist should start their day without a good breakfast. Here’s a run through five of the best breakfast and brunch spots in the center of Córdoba.

No prizes for guessing what Bruncheria specializes in. To taste one of the best brunches in the city head to the center to find this perfect spot, which serves up excellent breakfast, brunch and light meals. Its clean, bright interior is in line with its fresh and healthy menu, although they also mix up some mean cocktails later in the day. We recommend the Aperol spritz.

Yet again, no surprises as to what Brunches is all about. Serving up excellent breakfast and brunch dishes throughout the day, this little spot in the center of town offers the traditional Argentine breakfast of medialunas (croissants) and coffee. If you arrive later in the day you can grab a sandwich or salad to go, or you can sit in and recharge your batteries with their delicious food after a day of sightseeing.

Novecento is an elegant establishment located right in the center of Córdoba. This cute cafe-restaurant has a lovely courtyard outside where customers can eat during the warmer months, and overall it has a wonderful atmosphere. As well as great breakfast meals, they cook delicious mains for lunch and supper too.

If you like a bit of rock with your rolls in the morning, the rock-themed bar and restaurant Johhny B Good is the perfect spot for your morning meal. With two branches in the city, the one in the center is the original and offers a delicious and filling American- style breakfast, which includes french toast and pancakes.
