Healium Hot Yoga’s motto is “sweat the small stuff,” and sweat you will if you attend one of their hot yoga classes. They offer a wide variety of classes, from non-heated Yin Yoga to Hot Power Hours, and welcome students of all fitness levels. The studio also offers childcare so that busy parents can get some much-needed time to themselves.

Yoga Six

Yoga Six provides a unique setting and atmosphere for practicing your favorite flow. The studio’s floor-to-ceiling windows featuring detailed artwork, multi-level layout, and its proximity to the Historic Third Ward make it an ideal practice space. While most of the classes focus on strength and flexibility, Yoga Six also offers Boot Camp cross-training classes and special events. Other perks are that all instructors are Yoga Alliance registered with a minimum certification of 200 teacher-training hours, and your membership travels with you so that you can attend classes at any of their studios nationwide.
