Located inside the historic Frederick Hotel, 21 at the Frederick began life as an Italian restaurant, but now serves a variety of European and Asian cuisine. Signature dishes include prime steak, Thai chili sea bass, spicy Marco burger, filet gratine and strip au poivre. For those with a sweet tooth, the soufflés, raspberry or chocolate, are must-orders.
