Café Soleil is a local favorite for breakfast and brunch thanks to its fantastic service and food. Its exposed brick walls and light filled dining room, in addition to the fresh flowers adorning each of the tables, give the place and welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Patrons love the Ethiopian press coffee and mimosas with any of their frittatas and crunchy toast with jam, the perfect meal for a sunny weekend morning.

Arosa Café is a favorite stop for coffee and snack waffles on early weekday mornings or in the afternoon. People rave over the mochas that use real swiss chocolate shavings, as well as the chocolate that you can even buy in bags if you want some of their decadent hot chocolate for home. The cute little café is complete with comfy chairs and books, perfect for enjoying one of their delicious paninis or a wonderful chai latte.

Tallulah’s, takes inspiration for its design from Morocco and Spain. Home to a large outside garden area for warm weather dining and a long marble bar, the space has a light, airy feeling with plenty of natural light. The café created a menu that is vegetable-driven without being vegetarian, focusing on seasonality and simplicity. Patrons fall in love with the café’s pancakes, especially the lemon ricotta pancakes, which are thick and fluffy on the inside with a crispy outside and a delicious scoop of lemon curd on top.

Cheeky Café offers made-from-scratch comfort food from a variety of cultures. The constantly evolving menu is meant to reflect the diversity and history of the community. Full of cute bird-themed decor, the café has been a local favorite since it opened over five years ago. It offers coffee from the Seattle Fonte Micro Coffee Roaster as well as organic and fair-trade certified teas from Choice Organic Teas.

Smith is a neighborhood restaurant and pub serving simple, hearty food. It takes pride in serving seasonal menus, utilizing sustainable practices and sourcing ingredients locally and organically as much as possible. The bar serves classic and modern cocktails, all made from a hand-picked selection of the finest spirits and ingredients. It is perhaps best known for its unique hipster decor, complete with taxidermy and historical portraits adorning the walls, as well as chalkboards and huge dark wood booths.

The restaurant is known for its popular breakfast, iconic store front, and diverse menus. The walls are adorned with rotating exhibits by local artists, and the powder room is famous for its ‘potty humor’ written, recorded, and inspired by the creative staff.

Hi Spot Café

Hi Spot Café is located in a beautiful 1904 Victorian connected to a store front that housed the family business back in the early twentieth century. Today, in the space where the original family garden was located, the café also has a lovely outdoor patio open all summer long. The café is proud of serving everything fresh, and it uses local roaster Fonte for all of its coffee, with beans roasted and delivered fresh every week.

St. Clouds

The Wandering Goose

A thirty seat Southern influenced café, The Wandering Goose is warm and inviting with bright natural light streaming in through the east facing windows. The wall between the neighboring restaurant is made from vintage leaded glass windows, allowing for even more light and a sense of openness in this tiny but magical café. The Wandering Goose offers Southern inspired breakfast and lunch food.

Belle Epicurean

Belle Epicurean specializes in authentic Parisian gourmet foods, takeout, breakfast, lunch, pastries, desserts, coffee, espresso, wine, cheeses, olive oils, spreads, and other gourmet items. The design and decor of the shop make guests feel as though they are on the streets of Paris, and they also have a lovely outdoor patio perfect for enjoying sunny days.
