Civil Cigar Lounge

Curtis Draper gentlemen, who are the third oldest tobacconists in the US. The lounge hosts a state-of-the-art ventilation system that replaces 100% of air every two minutes as you lounge in those leather-back chairs. Black’s Bar & Kitchen is located up the road from Friendship Heights just over the Maryland border, and is frequented by many Heights locals. This chic modern bar offers a quality list of white and red wines from many national and international locations, such as Spain and Bordeaux, France. Happy hour on Monday through Friday from 4PM-7PM features martinis and beer specials along with happy hour wine selections. On Sunday nights they feature half-off select wines, and Saturday offers a happy hour with special prices on food like their craft burgers and half-off oysters.

Hosting a full bar that features specials each night, it is a favorite of locals. Blue 44 draft list is always mentioned as lengthy and sophisticated that covers domestic and international drafts. A neighborhood staple, the Irish pub Kitty O’Shea’s DC offers classic bar food that is a favorite amongst locals. During happy hour every day from 3PM-7PM, different drafts are featured at great prices. Each night a different food and beer is featured, with Saturdays being popular for their cheap Yuengling pitchers, and Monday through Friday you can get cheap rail drinks.
