Named after a prophet in the Book of Mormon, Lehi is a lovely community located in Utah County. Full of history, the small, family-friendly city’s downtown is included on the National Register of Historic Places, and Lehi boasts several tourist attractions and, of course, great restaurants. Bona Vita Italian Bistro

Bona Vita Italian Bistro is a beautiful, contemporary restaurant serving up mouthwatering Italian delicacies. In its warm and inviting atmosphere, guests can feast upon a host of dishes, made using the freshest ingredients possible. The culinary team creates flavorful items, including the house favorite, coconut-battered jumbo shrimp with a marmalade glaze. Delectable entrées include the BV burger, a half-pound of angus beef topped with grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers and mozzarella, accompanied by beer-battered, sidewinder wedges, and pasta carbonara with peas, mushrooms, ham, egg and cheese.

Lehi Bakery

Lehi Bakery is a well-loved bake shop, best known for their square glazed doughnuts, they also offer a selection of cakes, pies, breads and cookies (try the pumpkin chocolate chip.) On any given day, guests will find an assortment of doughnuts, including peanut butter, chocolate-iced and chocolate-raised-glazed varieties, alongside fried cinnamon rolls topped with chocolate glazing, apple fritters, lemon danishes and maple bars.

One Man Band

One Man Band is a fun, retro-style American diner where guests order via telephone from their tables. This lively joint serves breakfast all day. One highlight is the ‘hobo’s dream’, hash browns with diced ham, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and cheddar, served with two eggs. Guests can try everything from burgers to chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Sweet offerings are available as well, including creamy milk shakes in tempting flavors. The diner also hosts a monthly cruise-in, beginning in May and ending in September.

Thai House

Thai House is a friendly neighborhood venue specializing in Thai cuisine. A large menu includes options such as fresh spring rolls stuffed with vegetables, pho with beef meatballs, bean sprouts, green onions and cilantro and yellow curry, coconut milk, pumpkin, bell peppers, onions and basil. Sweet edibles are offered as well, including sticky rice mango.

Harvest Restaurant

Located in the Water Tower Plaza at Thanksgiving Point, Harvest Restaurant is a beautiful space that balances fine-dining and comfort. Complete with hand-painted trompe l’oeil walls, discerning diners can feast upon delicious American comfort dishes with a contemporary twist. Choices include the crispy buttermilk fried chicken with sautéed green and yellow beans, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and country gravy, or macaroni with smoked gouda cream, roasted cauliflower, pulled ham and toasted bread crumbs. Classic desserts are also available, such as carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
