Mere Bulles

For a true Southern dining experience that offers a wide range of menu options, Mere Bulles is a Brentwood restaurant that won’t disappoint. From rib rolls and crab bisque to fresh salads and shrimp and grits, the eatery serves American Southern dishes and traditional steakhouse fare. There’s a Sunday brunch buffet that you can enjoy on an indoor or outdoor patio as you sip on a half-priced bottle of wine. The restaurant procures its ingredients from local farms and vendors, and the food, like the freshly caught fish, is prepared to order by the restaurant’s staff.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Whether you’re in the mood for seafood or steak, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill offers classic American foods cooked over a wood-fired grill. Happy Hour takes place in the FIREBAR on weeknights from 4 p.m.–7 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m.–5 p.m.

While growing up, Vittles Restaurant owner John Craighead feasted on what he calls “good ol’ country cookin’” that his mother prepared. With the intention of providing Southern cooking that was just as good as his mom’s, John opened Vittles Restaurant in 2000. Today, the menu features dishes like grilled or fried pork chops, catfish, country fried steak, and homemade meatloaf. There are also family feast options, veggie plates, and a small selection of desserts.
