Looking for a place to finish writing that novel? Or maybe just somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of Nashville or Memphis? The Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee are full of these escapes, providing a space for honeymoons, family vacations and last-minute trips. From one-bedroom properties to sprawling estates, here are some of our favorite Tennessee cabins to get away from it all.

1. Autumn Ridge, for fireside lounging

Expect sweeping mountain views from this porch-adorned Tennessee cabin with a private spa tub. Rustic decor will have you feeling warm during nights by the fireplace – one of the two bedrooms even has its own, so you’ll be extra toasty in bed. Brew coffee in your machine and cozy up at this four-star stay that offers a free grocery shopping service, an on-site restaurant and barbecue grills.
