There’s something about going out for breakfast and brunch in Silicon Valley. Maybe it’s the fact that so many eateries use local ingredients, or maybe it’s the memorable character of the restaurants themselves. Either way, there are many delicious options for breakfast and brunch in the area. Here is a list of the best.

Los Gatos Cafe

While Los Gatos Cafe is a no-frills place, its recipes are bursting with flavor. Classic breakfast and brunch items make up the menu here, but what everyone can’t get enough of is the variety of eggs Benedict: classic, Florentine, California, etc. They are all delicious and all recommended. Even if eggs Benedict doesn’t sound good, Los Gatos Cafe will still be one of the best breakfasts in Silicon Valley.

Bumble

Bumble is quite a unique breakfast and brunch experience. Set in an old cottage, you’ll feel like you’re eating at a friend’s house. And because the food is farm-to-table, your meal will be fresh and scrumptious. There’s even a playroom where kids can have fun while waiting for their American breakfast. Reservations are recommended, as Bumble fills up fast for brunch.

Café San Jose

Café San Jose is an excellent place to start your day. This diner slings huge portions of yummy American classics in fun and quaint surroundings. There’s often a wait to be seated; however, it will be well worth it.

Bell Tower Café

This cozy café sits inside a converted 1896 church. Along with the historic setting, the French-inspired dishes are scrumptious, and the service is superb. Freshness is the name of the game at Bell Tower. The baked goods come out of the oven every morning; locally sourced ingredients make up every dish, and even their potato chips are made in-house! Bell Tower Café is an ideal place for the iconic Sunday brunch.
