LuLou’s

LuLou’s is a fine-dining restaurant located at the southern part of Midtown. This restaurant specializes in exquisitely handcrafted cuisine made with the freshest, highest quality ingredients available, including those from local sources. You’ll find menu options such as the ever-popular spicy duck Thai soup; lobster spaghetti; and the prime dry-aged rib eye with house-made Montreal seasoning and skinny fries.

Michael’s Deli

Try one of their burgers such as the ‘Atomic’ topped with chipotle aioli, avocado and mixed greens and served with a side salad or fries (upgrade to sweet potato fries for something even more delicious). The dinner menu includes seasonal entrées such as steak and frites. As for brunch, pair a bloody mary with the Midtown benedict — broiche, bacon, poached eggs and yuzu hollandaise.

There is nothing like a bowl of hot soup, especially on cold winter’s day, and for some of the best soup around, visit Süp. You’ll find house-made soups and delicious sandwiches (try the club) and salads (the steak salad is delicious). Other menu highlights include chicken pot pie and great white cheddar.

Two Chicks

Two Chickss seeks out the best local ingredients for their varied dishes, which include everything from egg-based dishes to melts and salads. Popular choices include the Red Chick scramble with eggs, ham, mushrooms, spinach and cream cheese over sweet potato home fries; and the UltiMelt with cheddar, fontina and cream cheese on sourdough bread with a garlic-parmesan crust.
