Cobble Hill Park

Just along Clinton Avenue lies one of the most gorgeous parks New York has to offer; it’s been officially handed such a title by numerous media outlets and newspapers. Cobble Hill Park is a small, half-block gathering space reminiscent of a leisurely Parisian green space. Grab a book or a friend, lunch or a snack and find a bench to recline on. It’s beautiful any time of year, from the changing leaves in autumn to the spring blossoms.

Collyer’s Mansion

Collyer’s Mansion is a home goods boutique specializing in home necessities and specialties ideal for gifting, stocking, or just browsing. Couple-owned and operated (Mauri and Ben), Collyer’s Mansion has it all, from the curate mid-century modern furnishings to Aztec textiles with Americana twists. It is said that there are over 25,000 books, 14 pianos, and tons more of rusted bicycles, booby traps, and chandeliers within the shop. The boutique’s objective seems to be practical but not ordinary, and rich but not expensive.

Cobble Hill Cinemas

If you’re a movie goer or enjoy a quaint reception of a favored film, Cobble Hill Cinemas may be just for you. The theater has only five screens but makes a point to offer a range of films from independent to blockbuster. Becoming one of the celebrated veterans of the Cobble Hill community staples, the theater is a neighborhood favorite. Tuesday and Thursdays are the most celebrated days of the week by avid movie-goers as the cinema offers a discounted ticket price at only $8.50 per ticket!

Café Luluc

A large part of the Cobble Hill neighborhood is occupied by French expats and familial influences thus the neighborhood has plenty of French cuisine readily available. Amongst the top French establishments and eats in the area is Café Luluc. Offering what is considered a typical French bistro brunch and lunch, Cafe Luluc serves each dish with the full experience. Well, the full experience includes a nostalgic interior and cozy backyard dining deck. Cash only!

The Invisible Dog Art Center

Founded in 2009, the blank canvas-like space has been a haven for art and artists of all types. The Invisible Dog Art Center offers evolving installations, workshops, gatherings, rental opportunities, and gallery exhibitions. The center was historically a belt and jewelry factory then became a factory for Invisible Dog toys. Still holding on to fixtures and molds, as well as belts and buckles, visitors not only receive a historical background of the space but also the city.
