John Dory Oyster Bar, located inside Ace Hotel, is well known for their seafood dishes. But with the fall season they bring you one of their signature autumnal dishes in the form of pumpkin toast. This dish just recently came back to their all-day menu and is a perfect combination of savory and sweet. The pumpkin toast is topped with marjoram pesto, pine nuts, and pecorino. Since it is available all day this could be the perfect option for a lunch break. Who knew toast could be so flavorful?

OatMeals- Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Dana’s Bakery- Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Macaron

Dana’s Bakery puts a fun twist on macarons. This isn’t your ordinary French dessert – flavors change monthly and the November special includes a chocolate pumpkin cheesecake in their pie box. It’s a chocolate cookie with a pumpkin cheesecake center; a real dessert you can’t be disappointed with! They previously featured a pumpkin spice latte flavor, taking your favorite fall drink to a new level. All of their previously featured flavors can be special ordered. Bonus –they’re gluten-free and kosher!

Out in Bushwick, this restaurant is very new to the scene as it opened just this year (May of 2015!). Don’t let that fool you though, chef-owner Kevin Adey’s experience shows through each and every dish. The pumpkin toffee cake is topped with a cream that tastes like a homemade marshmallow. Faro is a true farm-to-table restaurant bringing you the freshest ingredients and an often-changing menu. You never know when it might be gone so make sure to head out and try this decadent dessert.

Park Avenue- Chicken and Pumpkin Waffles

Chicken and waffles are a comfort food classic for many. Park Avenue gave the dish an autumn upgrade to bring you buttermilk fried chicken with pumpkin spice waffles and a side of apple slaw. Smother it in some maple syrup for a dish that screams fall flavors. This dish is only available on their brunch menu, leaving you no option but to have a great weekend. Make sure you check it out soon since it will only be here for as long as autumn is. The restaurant changes with the seasons.

Kimoto- Pumpkin Pie Bites

Kimoto is the city’s first Asian rooftop beer garden with an exciting list of beers and cocktails. There is an extensive list of Asian beers and domestic beers alike and the cocktails are mixtures you won’t find anywhere else. But the pumpkin inspired treat this bar has is in the food. Their fall menu includes pumpkin pie bites. These are flavored with maple syrup, spiced mascarpone, and fresh sage. This sweet little dessert certainly isn’t average and neither is the experience you’ll have at this bar.
