Trenton Social has a hip, wine bar atmosphere with a wide—and delicious—menu. You can’t go wrong with empanadas, burgers, sandwiches or tacos. The atmosphere here is the perfect compliment to Trenton’s art culture; they even host art nights throughout the month.
Championship is a sports bar through and through; the perfect place to pull up a stool, order a beer, and watch your favorite team. It’s also a great venue to see shows, including some of the best comedy anywhere in the area. Drinks are cheap, entertainment value is high, and an evening at Championship is an evening well-spent.
Buzz Bar is a hole-in-the-wall bar with a nightclub vibe and an authentic Polish kitchen. Those things might seem like they don’t go together at all, but somehow, it seriously works. This is one of the best places in town to dance away a Saturday night, and it’s hard to have a bad time when you’re snacking on pierogi.
It wouldn’t be a list of bars without a classic Irish pub. Tir na nOg is a laid-back watering hole with reasonably priced drinks, a great beer list, a basic bar food menu and frequent live music performances, including Irish artists. If you’re traveling with a group, Tir na nOg is the perfect crowd-pleaser choice for a night on the town.
