On Q Street is Over Easy, a hip breakfast and brunch spot in Omaha open every day from 6am to 2pm. At Over Easy, menu items are a classy evolution of the American standard of breakfast and brunch. Start off with one of their famous beignets, stuffed with fruits or jams and topped with powdered sugar. Then dive into their frittata sandwich, made on homemade sourdough with gouda, onion and smoked pork belly.
