McCormick & Schmick’s is a seafood restaurant and steakhouse with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal food. As a result of this focus on freshness, McCormick & Schmick’s updates their menu every day so that only the freshest, best seafood is served. In desserts, McCormick & Schmick’s is most famous for their ‘chocolate bag,’ a tall box made of solid chocolate and filled with chocolate mousse and fresh berries. McCormick & Schmick’s also has a full bar with bar food and a popular happy hour.

4. Café Europa

Café Europa is a friendly, warm restaurant in Kansas City’s Crestwood Shops that still offers a lovely fine dining experience. For dinner, Café Europa’s most popular dishes are their steak tartare, their dry aged pork chop, their scallops with risotto, and their lamb and chickpea stew. Café Europa is mostly known for their exquisite desserts, however, like their lemon cake and homemade ice cream.
