Sur La Table

Great Lakes Culinary Center

The Great Lakes Culinary Center in Southfield is primarily a venue for events such as weddings and company parties, but they also hold cooking classes open to the public. As you’d imagine, the kitchen is large and state of the art, while the staff is highly skilled and experienced in a variety of cuisines. Most classes include two glasses of wine and a light snack.
