Working out in the fresh air not only gets your endorphins going but it makes you feel more invigorated and calm. Throughout Baltimore, Maryland, people are getting up and getting outside to participate in outdoor workout classes. What’s all the hype about? Join in on the fun with one of these classes or events and find out.

Waterfront Wellness

Who doesn’t love a free workout class? Especially one that is right by the water at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Waterfront Wellness has found the perfect combination of fun engagement within a workout. From May 27, 2017, to September 17, 2017, Waterfront Wellness held a variety of outdoor workout classes that were free and open to the public. Not only were those classes free of charge, but they were all different and some were held in different locations. There were Yoga classes, and Dance2Fitness classes, along with Boot Camp, and Cross Fit. Although the classes have since ceased, more than likely they will be reinstated in the spring of next year once it’s warm outside.
