Are you planning a trip to Baltimore and don’t have any idea where to start? Do you start with museums or do you begin your day with something to eat? Maybe you’re running on limited time so you want to see major highlights before you leave. Don’t worry, we’re here to help. This is how you can spend 24 of your best hours in Baltimore.

Start the day off right by saying hello to the Captain

Cafe

Begin your morning at Blue Moon Café in downtown Baltimore. This establishment has been featured on Food Network TV as a place you have to visit for breakfast. Blue Moon Café’s specialty is Captain Crunch French Toast. With your order, you receive three thick pieces of french toast with powdered sugar and fruit on top. You can also opt to have eggs and bacon as a side, and you’ll of course be able to choose from a variety of beverages to go with your order.

Next stop, the Baltimore Inner Harbor to enjoy waterfront views

The Baltimore Inner Harbor is a hub of activity and entertainment for the entire family. There are restaurants, cruises around the harbor, the Maryland Science Center and even the National Aquarium of Baltimore. You can also take in some high-depth city views from atop the Baltimore World Trade Center. Or if you would simply like to walk around, take in the water views and window shop through the Harbor Place.

Hubcaps and quesadillas, anyone?

For lunch, you have to venture to Nacho Mama’s, as they have some of the best margaritas and Mexican food in Baltimore. Once you arrive, you have to order a hubcap margarita; it’s a Baltimore tradition that shouldn’t be missed. With these hubcaps, you can make your own or choose one from the menu. Either way you can’t go wrong, and your margarita will go perfectly with a delicious, cheesy quesadilla.

Time for a bit of art and culture

Museum

Your next stop should be The Walter’s Art Museum so that you can walk off all that Mexican food. This museum has amazing and creative exhibits, such as exhibits on Martin Luther and Fabergé and Russian crafts. Prepare to be astounded by the beautiful pieces of artwork and history that this museum has to offer.

Crab cakes for dinner are a must

So you’ve been walking around all day and now it’s time to sit down, eat, relax and reflect on the busy day you’ve had. There’s no better place to do that than Pappas Restaurant & Sports Bar. This restaurant has some of the best crab cakes that you can get in Baltimore and you can’t leave the city without trying one. https://www.instagram.com/p/BZj5N-UlcNQ/?taken-at=913452
