Hersh’s is a special place because it is owned by two locals, the Hershkovitz siblings, who are now living in the city of Baltimore. Hersh’s is known for its vibrant surroundings, authentic Italian cuisine, and delicious cocktails that are perfect for sampling before your meal. Hersh’s has a specialized menu that includes pizza pies. The pies are created and cooked in a wood-fired oven, and the pasta is house-made and original in flavor.

Matthew’s Pizzeria was originally established in 1943 as Baltimore’s first pizzeria.
