Via Napoli

This Disney restaurant in the Italian pavilion at EPCOT has one of the best pizzas in Orlando. Keeping to traditional Italian roots, they use spring water similar to the Campaina region in Italy, and even bring in Italian flour to make their dough even more authentic while in the middle of Disney World. The pizza is cooked in one of three wood-burning ovens named after three active volcanoes in Italy: Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius and Stromboli.
