The club meets three times a month and is open to all levels of cycling. All you need to bring with you is your bike and a positive attitude. Some events even include alcohol, like the club’s “bike pub crawls,” where cyclers come together for a ride and cold brewski.

Tropical Park Boxing
If you’re looking to get your arms toned and work off a long day at the office, this boxing club is your calling. Women and men can come in and break a sweat with new friends and trainers, who will teach you how to box properly and not get hurt. Boxing happens Monday through Thursday from 4:15-7:15 in one-hour intervals. Members can come in on Friday and Saturday for an “open session” to practice with other members. It cossts $70 per month, or sign a year-long contract and pay just $50 per month, which includes access to boot camp classes too.

Remember playing dodgeball in grade school? It was pretty fun, but you probably didn’t know that Miami actually boasts an adult version of the same fun game. All skills are welcome, as are all genders. The club is not so much about competition as meeting new people and having fun. It’s a great thing to look forward to after a hard day at work. You’ll work up a sweat and get that heart racing.

Have you always loved playing frisbee on the beach? Now you can play ultimate frisbee with a bunch of other cool people at this Miami-based sports club.
