Join Denver Cooking Classes for a private, hands on cooking class featuring local and seasonal ingredients! Our classes provide private instruction with one of our experienced Chefstructors who are as passionate as they are well rounded in the kitchen. We offer custom menus and include any and all dietary preferences and restrictions!
What's Included
- Dinner - Students receive a 3 hour, hands on course including a snack, salad, and main dish
What To Expect
Students will work with Denver Cooking Classes to pick their menu, time, and location, and then enjoy a 3 hour, hands on cooking class with 30 minutes to sit down and eat the fruits of our labor!
Sample Menu
• Hydroponic Greens with a Mason Jar Vinaigrette - Using local hydroponic greens, we will make a simple yet delicious vinaigrette in a mason jar!
• Ricotta Gnocchi - Hand made gnocchi & a seasonal sauce
