While Englewood is a suburb of Denver, it feels like a small town with a laid-back vibe. Here, you can enjoy green spaces, cafes, the award-winning Devil’s Head Distillery and the Museum of Outdoor Arts while also dipping in and out of Denver occasionally for some big-city thrills. Hotels in Englewood keep things chilled while offering access to all of the best sights, and they’re bookable on Culture Trip.
The Hilton Denver Inverness lies right on an 18-hole golf course, so if you aren’t into birdies and eagles, staying here might seem like a missed opportunity. However, it offers a lot more than golf. The Fireside Bar & Grill has sweeping views of the surrounding greenery, and the Sunday champagne brunch at the Garden Terrace is a naughty-but-nice treat. Also, there’s a spa with an outdoor hot tub.
A weekend bloody mary bar is one of the perks at this hotel, just a short drive from Park Meadows, the biggest mall in Colorado. Cooked-to-order American favorites in the Garden Grille & Bar is another highlight. The Jack Nicklaus-designed Meridian Golf Course is right on your doorstep; plan your shots by booking into one of the rooms with a view of the lush fairways and greens.
Putting you in the heart of the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Staybridge Suites is ideal for business travelers. Big businesses, such as Spectrum, Comcast, Arrow Electric and Jeppesen, are close by. But it’s not all work and no play. Down the street is the romantic Maggiano’s Little Italy. Alternatively, you can enjoy craft beer at Peak View Brewing or stay in for a free taster of beer and wine at the hotel social nights from Monday to Wednesday.
With a central location off I-25, close to Downtown Denver, this spacious Marriott is a good base to experience how the locals support their sports teams. The nearby light rail will take you to Colorado Rockies baseball games at Coors Field, Nuggets basketball games at the Ball Arena or NFL games at the Empower Field at Mile High. The Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park is also close to the hotel.
This renovated Residence Inn has been designed to be an extended-stay hotel, and it certainly makes it worth your while to linger. For starters, the hotel is pet-friendly, so there’s no need to put your four-legged friends in a kennel. Also, there’s an indoor swimming pool and a sports court to keep up with your exercise regime. A nice touch is a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast every morning and a 24-hour convenience store for when you need a snack.
Providing a comfortable stay in the buzzing DTC, this Hampton Inn is just five minutes from I-25 and about 2mi (3km) away from a string of corporate offices, including Zillow, Comcast and Inova. If you don’t feel like blowing off some steam in the warm, inviting indoor pool, you can stroll down to the Topgolf driving range or hit the road and drive about 4mi (6km) to Cherry Creek State Park. This natural prairie and wetland environment has an 880-acre (356ha) reservoir teeming with powerboats, sailboats and paddle craft.

Connect with like-minded people on our premium trips curated by local insiders and with care for the world
Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel - and the direction Culture Trip is moving in.
Culture Trip launched in 2011 with a simple yet passionate mission: to inspire people to go beyond their boundaries and experience what makes a place, its people and its culture special and meaningful — and this is still in our DNA today. We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.
Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way. That is why we have intensively curated a collection of premium small-group trips as an invitation to meet and connect with new, like-minded people for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in three categories: Culture Trips, Rail Trips and Private Trips. Our Trips are suitable for both solo travelers, couples and friends who want to explore the world together.
Culture Trips are deeply immersive 5 to 16 days itineraries, that combine authentic local experiences, exciting activities and 4-5* accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.
We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet. That is why all of our trips are flightless in destination, fully carbon offset - and we have ambitious plans to be net zero in the very near future.
