This Website Will Pay You to Book Other People's Flights (No, Really)

This is not fake news. We repeat: this is not fake news.

Hello Farefetch – a brand new site that lets us savvy wanderlusters earn money for booking other travellers’ flights.

So, what do you have to do, then? If you fancy signing up for the service, you’ll receive oodles of flight requests from users and it is your job to find them the best deal. Sound easy? It really is: Departure and return dates, airports, number of people travelling, and, of course, the maximum price they are willing to pay are the only things your bargain-hunting mind need to worry about. Oh, and you’ll even get a fancy job title, too: ‘Farefetcher’. So fetch.

Now here comes the tricky bit. In order to cash in, you’ll have to be the first farefetcher to submit the best flight deal before the competition does. If you are able to find a flight that costs half the price than what the traveller originally indicated, then you get to keep the difference. You can either book the flight for them, or just share the booking instructions with them directly. Either way, you’ll get the cash in 48 hours or within a week.

Check their website for the full T’s and C’s.

Happy booking.
