Covid Booking Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If you are prevented from travelling by the implementation of Covid-19 restrictions in your departure country or destination after your date of booking, we will offer you the option to change your booking for free up to 48 hours before your date of travel, subject to availability.

In the event that we cannot change your booking dates, we will refund your booking in full following receipt of evidence to show that the restrictions were implemented after the date of your booking, including (but not limited to) evidence of flight cancellations, local lockdown restrictions, recommendations against travel and quarantine requirements.

For TRIPS bookings, your refund will be in the form of a full cash refund to your original form of payment.

For Places to Stay or Experiences bookings, your refund can be in the form of a full cash refund to your original form of payment, or a voucher to be redeemed on the Culture Trip site valid for redemption for 12 months from the date of issue. Any voucher issued will include a 10% gesture of goodwill on top of your original booking value. If you cannot redeem your voucher, or you change your mind, the original booking value can be refunded back to your form of payment. There is no refund for partially redeemed vouchers. Any vouchers that are subsequently reissued due to cancellation of your travel arrangements will be for the same value.

This policy may be subject to further amendment. It does not apply to multi-day tours provided by our third party partners. Rebooking dates for Places to Stay and Experiences cannot include stays between 18 December 2021 and 4 January 2022.

We would recommend that you take out personal travel insurance that covers you in the event that you contract Covid-19 and are unable to travel.
