Please note this does not apply to multi-day tours provided by our third-party partners. Covid Booking Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If you are prevented from travelling by the implementation of Covid-19 restrictions in your departure country or destination after your date of booking, we will offer you the option to change your itinerary for free up to 48 hours before your date of travel, subject to availability.

In the event that we cannot change your booking dates, we will refund your booking in full following receipt of evidence to show that the restrictions were implemented after the date of your booking, including (but not limited to) evidence of flight cancellations, local lockdown restrictions, recommendations against travel and quarantine requirements aimed at the general public. Your refund will be in the form of a full cash refund to your original form of payment.

This policy may be subject to further amendment. It does not apply to multi-day tours provided by our third-party partners. Please note also that this guarantee does not cover you in the event that you or those accompanying you contract Covid-19 and are unable to travel. We would recommend that you take out personal travel insurance that covers you in these circumstances.
