After you’ve bought your Culture Trip gift card, you will receive email confirmation, including a gift-card voucher that you can print out – or forward direct to the recipient.

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) govern your use of Gift Cards purchased on the Culture Trip platforms (“Gift Cards”) and (“Platforms”). Your use of Gift Cards and the services available via the Culture Trip platforms shall be subject to Culture Trip’s Terms of Service and therefore we recommend you read them carefully.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.culturetrip.com (and not any trips, hotels and /or experiences booked directly with our third party partners). Any booking that you make with a Gift Card will be deducted from your Gift Card balance, and any unused Gift Card balances will remain on your Culture Trip account until used. If a purchase exceeds your existing Gift Card balance, the remaining amount due must be paid with an alternative payment method.

Culture Trip reserves the right to update and change the Gift Card Terms at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.

The Gift Card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any booking.

Your Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation (the date included in your Gift Card booking email), after which it will expire and no longer be usable. We are under no obligation to remind or notify you of the expiration of a Gift Card, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

You should treat your Gift Card as if it were cash. Once we electronically transmit a digital Gift Card to you or a designated recipient, the purchaser or designated recipient assumes the risk of loss and title for Gift Cards. We are not liable if any Gift Card is misplaced, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

You agree to follow these Gift Card Terms and not to use a Gift Card in any way that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Culture Trip or its affiliates. If we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to a Culture Trip account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms, Culture Trip reserves the right to void Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment without notice to you.

Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a Gift Card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our privacy policy, which can be found here.

These Gift Card Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
