Cartel is a community focused coffee lab that sources, roasts, and brews its own coffee. Not only are the baristas fantastic, but the Cartel Coffee Lab website is as well. It includes a number of educational resources, including helpful information about the origin of their coffee, tips for a successful setup of home brewing, and a how-to guide for various coffeemakers.
