The Bahamas' Best Seaside Towns to Visit

Nassau is the capital city of the Bahamas, found on New Providence Island. New Providence is a 34-kilometre (21-mile) long island with a diverse culture – a mixture of West African, English and Haitian. Nassau is also the most populated and developed island, with over half of the country’s population living here. Paradise Island is an island connected to New Providence by a bridge. Freeport is the capital of the island Grand Bahama. North of Gregory Town is the country’s famous Glass Window Bridge and Preacher’s Cave, the landing site of the earliest settlers of the Bahamas, the Eleutheran Adventurers.
