Montreal is home to countless yoga studios that provide a variety of approaches to and styles of practice. Often important gathering points of their respective neighborhoods, the city’s yoga studios also offer special events and community classes that promote mind-body integration. Naada Yoga

From restorative classes to Moms & Dad’s Yoga, Vinyasa classes to prenatal yoga, Naada Yoga offers a variety of classes and teacher training in the Mile End community. There are also donation-based meditation and sound yoga classes, along with their signature two-hour Naada Live class, which combines different elements from their other styles and also focuses on breath and sound work.

Ensō Yoga
