Located riverside in Calgary’s East Village, this artisanal bakery has a well-earned reputation for slinging top-notch bread, pastries and other carb-alicious grub. But hungover patrons, beware: you’ve got to get there early – or at least before mid-afternoon when it closes. If you’re looking to supplement your brekkie with some protein, try the Sidewalk Citizen Quiche slices or the salmon toast.
